For how long can you lie to yourself? Once you start, you end up believing yourself. But until when? When does everything blow up in your face? When do you crack?
I think that happens when you let your guard down. And when do you let your guard down? It's when you meet someone. Someone that makes you feel like there's nothing else in the world that matters. Until then you can keep lying to yourself that you don't care about anything and that there's nothing that can touch you.
